Dr. Josephine Vu, O.D. graduated with a double major in biology and psychology from the University of California Irvine. Following her graduation from the Southern California College of Optometry, she completed an additional residency studying Ocular Disease at the VA Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. Dr. Vu has three young children and enjoys balancing hard work and raising kids.
Dr. Vu is an astute clinician and was involved in ophthalmic research with Irvine-based Acufocus, Inc. She has a passion for patient eye care and brings to the practice unsurpassed knowledge in the treatment and management of ocular disease. Additionally, Dr. Vu occasionally has optometric students from Western University of Health Sciences rotate through her office to learn about patient care and business practices.
In her spare time, Dr. Vu likes to play the piano, read, watch movies, and vacation in sunny places with her growing family.
