During your eye exam, optometrist’s Dr. Vu or Dr. Michaels, will use the latest and most advanced equipment to evaluate the health of the eye. To measure your prescription, the doctors will use the Huvitz digital refractor to ensure your eyes are evaluated with the highest level of precision and accuracy.
It is important to evaluate the external and internal ocular health of your eye. Once your prescription has been determined, the optometrist will use the Canon CR-1 digital retinal camera to capture a high resolution image of your retina. The optometrists recommend yearly pictures of your eyes to help detect early ocular disease.
The optometrist will perform a glaucoma evaluation using the Humphrey Matrix, the most advanced visual field instrument in the industry.
