Dr. Josephine Vu, OD graduated with a double major in biology and psychology from the University of California Irvine. Following her graduation from the Southern California College of Optometry, she completed an additional residency studying Ocular Disease at the VA Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. Dr. Vu has two 2 young children and enjoys balancing hard work and raising kids. Dr. Vu is an astute clinician and was involved in ophthalmic research with Irvine based Acufocus, Inc. She has a passion for patient eye care and brings to the practice unsurpassed knowledge in the treatment and management of ocular disease.

Dr. Justin Michaels, OD graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at San Diego and went on the earn his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry. During his clinical training, he received the California Optometric Council Achievement Scholarship and the Dr. George Deane, Jr. Memorial Leadership Scholarship. Dr. Michaels is a member of the California and American Optometric Association and the South Orange County Regional Chambers of Commerce. He has clinical experience at the VA Hospital in Las Vegas, the Barnet Dulaney Eye Center in Arizona, and the Indian Health Service within the Navajo Nation of Arizona. Dr. Michaels primarily practices in Lake Forest at their second location, South County Eye Care. |
